"Support actually got back to me fast"
I had a small issue with my order, and support actually replied way quicker than I expected. They got it sorted without any hassle, so I’m happy with the experience.

"so the packaging showed up beat up"
so, the box arrived really crushed and damaged. Thankfully, it was still delivered, but the packaging definitely wasn’t in great shape.

"Refund came through way faster than I expected"
I asked for a refund and thought I’d be waiting around for a while, especially since I was checking it during my lunch break and already had a bunch of other errands on my mind. But it was sorted really quickly, which was a nice surprise. Smooth experience overall.

"Honestly, it’s nice for meditation"

"Crystals look real and feel really nice"
I ordered a few crystals from Mindful Souls i’m happy with them. They don’t have that cheap glassy or plastic look, and each stone has little marks and tiny differences, which makes them feel more real, real to me.

One bracelet was a bit smaller than I thought it would be, so I’m taking off one star for that. But overall, the crystals look good, feel nice, nice, and everything came packed safely. I’d order again.

"Nice selection, even if the details could try a little harder"
I do like that the site has a good mix of stuff, like crystals, jewelry, and cute little decor pieces. Browsing is actually fun, and I usually end up finding something I didn’t notice before, which is nice. Obviously not everything is my taste, but there’s enough variety that it’s not a big deal. I’m giving 4 stars because some categories could really use more details, but I guess we can’t have everything.

"Showed up right on time"
My order got here exactly when they said it would, so I really can’t complain. Everything was fine, and if delivery is on time, I kind of assume the whole order went smoothly.

"Kind of a weird gift box"
It looked really cute when I saw it online, but in person it felt a little bit, I don’t know, random together. I gave it to my sister and she did like a few of the things inside, but some of it was just not really her. Not terrible, just not the best gift choice from me maybe.

"Cute, but I’m not sure I’d order again"
I mean, the box was cute and some of the stuff was nice, but it just didn’t really feel worth it to me. Shipping took way longer than I expected, and a couple things felt kind of cheap once I got them. I did reach out to customer support, but they got back to me late, so by then I was already annoyed. Maybe it was just my order or whatever, but overall I was disappointed.

"Quick help with a small order issue"
I had a small issue where my order status wasn’t updating, so I got a bit worried at first. It wasn’t a huge problem, but I definitely wanted to know what was going on.
I reached out to Mindful Souls and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they got back to me. They looked into it, explained what was happening, and got everything sorted without making it feel like a hassle.

My package arrived shortly after, and the items were really lovely. The hiccup was a little stressful at the start, but their customer service handled it well, so I’d be comfortable ordering again

I was a little wary about the whole subscription thing at first, just because you never really know. But my gut said it seemed straightforward, and it was. "Fun to Open, But I Expected a Bit More for the Price"
I do enjoy getting the Mindful Souls box, and there are usually a couple of cute items inside that make it fun to unpack. That said, for the monthly price, I kind of expected the overall quality to feel a little more consistent. Some pieces seem a bit cheaper than I hoped or just aren’t really my style. It’s still a nice little treat each month, but I wouldn’t say it always feels like the best value.

"Unique stuff, and it actually felt worth it"
I’m always a little nervous with boxes like this because I don’t want to feel like I got fooled by nice pictures online, but I was really happy with mine. The pieces felt unique and not like the same stuff I see everywhere. I loved my box a lot.

I thought the box was really cute, and some of the crystals was genuinely pretty. It was fun to open each month, but the picks kind of felt random sometimes. A couple of the items just didn’t really match my style, so it was a little hit or miss for me. I still enjoyed the surprise, I just wish the curation was a bit more thoughtful.

"Canceling was okay, just not quick"
I canceled my Mindful Souls subscription. It worked out, but yeah, not super smooth. Had to click around more than I expected.
Support did reply and fixed it in the end. So 3 stars. Just wish the cancel option was easier to find

"I got a couple things from Mindful..."
I got a couple things from Mindful Souls and the quality was nicer than I was expecting. The stones and the bracelet look really and don’t have that cheap feel, which I was glad about. One piece was a little smaller than I pictured, but it’s still cute so not a big deal. Overall I’m happy with what I got and I’d probably order again
